- Soak moong and masoor dal separately for 4 hours.blend it. add curd, green chili, and ginger paste. salt.mix well. Ferment it overnight.
- Fine chop onion.mix it with dhokla batter, add grated carrot also.mix well grease dhokla mold pours the mixture. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes in a steamer.
- Check with the knife,if it comes out clean it's done.now in tadaka pan add oil. once hot add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, asafoetida, chopped chilies.pour tadka on steamed dhokla
- Here i have not added sugar in batter and water in tadka. You can add. Enjoy with fried chilly and tomato sauce. It is light and easy to digest
